CD was listed as Like New. I would say the cd is Very Good, but the case is in poor condition. Held together with scotch tape. Whether intentional or not, the condition of the case was hidden in the listing photo. I contacted the seller and let them know I was disappointed, but didn't respond.

In my opinion the CD was in like new condition, and play tested. The cover did not show any visible issues, and I did not see any tape. Had there been any the case would have been replaced.
