If you had spent a minute reading the listing, you would have learned that we don't send item without confirming compatibility, because in the same car can have several types of alternators. We want to avoid mistakes so that you don’t have to pay the mechanic twice for the labour. Secondly, it is the buyer’s responsibility to reply to messages sent by the seller. Thirdly, buyer has the option to cancel purchase directly from their account
