    Man this was hard work. I sent a question to clarify what I needed with the laptop make and model. The charger arrived missing labels and with the wrong connector - no use to me. I was asked to spend £3.25 on postage and go to the post office to get a £9.99 refund. I’m really disappointed at having to write £10 off and I’m now another ten days on and still no charger. Steer clear.
