This was advertised as a 'wrap around skirt' but obviously the seller does not know what that word means! Instead it's a regular skirt that I have to pull up to get into. A wrap around skirt means the skirt is one piece of cloth with ties at the end - so that when one wraps the skirt around one's body it can be tied.
