I was made to wait the full week for my refund and called rude! She did give my refund hours before eBay would step in. This was all so unnecessary! I never said this was her fault a new item was unsealed but she is the one who sold it! When I pointed out from her feedback this has happened before I was called rude. I offered partial and to keep the product. I did not manufacture the product and would not have sent if I were aware of the seal. And it is sometimes hard to decipher who is being honest. In the end, full refund was given with no return of the product. And I truly did wish the buyer a blessed day.
