I contacted the seller and said I wanted the machine checked out and fixed if possible she said nothing at that time about returning the machine. After I spent 140.00$ to have it fixed then she said I could return it. I had proof of the repair and there was no offer to help defray some of the cost I incurred. The customer stated they were getting an estimate on the repair cost as they wanted the machine . I offered a refund upon return ...which is eBays policy.
