    Item not as described. Shock blew out after one ride . Was told shock was just rebuilt . Sent out shock to professional shock rebuilder . Old oil. Old seals . Definitely not as described.

    I offered a full refund multiple times. Shock was rebuilt, I understand any mechanical item can fail. Buyer did not want to send back because it obviously was still worth the price to him. My offer still stands to return... what else can I do?
