      Expensive postage and very slow delivery. Replies to messages quoted Royal Mail delays when item was sent but UPS courier .

      Item sent within 1 working day as listed. Unfortunately due to adverse weather conditions the shipment was delayed by 1 working day. The Royal Mail message is part of our auto-response when we are closed on the weekend and it's made clear it's an auto-response and that we will reply to your query when we re-open on Monday's (which we did). Thank you for your order but leaving negative feedback seems somewhat unwarranted.
