The seller was dishonest in their communication. When I inquired about the high quoted shipping costs prior to purchase and asked if it could be adjusted, they responded “Yes I can but unfortunately it’s locked. I can refund you the difference.” As soon as I made the purchase, they refused to do so. The item also arrived in poor condition. Avoid this seller.
