This particular model Sony tape recorder was never made in very large quantities, so finding one isn't easy to begin with. Finding one in practically unused condition and as clean and pristine as this one was a serious rarity. Due to sitting in storage for a while of course dried up some lubricant on internal moving parts, but with about 15 minutes of TLC and a few drops of oil the machine was made quite usable again and I am enjoying it immensely.
