Item posted as 2 Ryobi replacement batteries. They were DeWalt type. One was DOA. Return authorized. Seller slow to acknowledge issue. Slow to refund. MAJOR trust issues here.

We value our customer, but the series of events above are not accurate. May 11, customer received item. May 12, customer informed us of the issue, and I quickly acknowledged and asked the customer to submit a return request. 2 days later, on May 15, the customer submitted return request. 5 days later, on May 20, the customer shipped return item. May 23, we received return. May 25, refund issued. Again, sorry for the listing error, but the delay was not on our side.
