I’m uncertain who was supposed to have done the refurbishing, but when I opened it to upgrade the CPU and RAM, it was extremely dusty, and the thermal paste was set-up, and falling into pieces. The keyboard was so shiny I had to replace it, because the glare made the letters hard to read. It was functionally okay, and the price was alright, but it should never have been marketed as a refurbished machine.
