We have offered a free exchange to sort the issue as quickly as possible, as we always do for our valued customers. With regards to import charges, we clearly state on all of our listings that there may be import fees when importing from the UK to Europe etc. These customs fees are set by your country as standard, we do however endeavour to keep these to a minimum if we can, and remove the 20% VAT on foreign sales.
