    Before purchasing the X-Ray unit, I specifically asked about the condition of the main board. Seller assured me that it was in good condition, that he had sold several units without any issues, and that the X-Ray was in working condition. Based on his assurances, I proceeded with the purchase. However, after professional installation by my X-Ray technician, the unit displayed an error (E error). The technician confirmed that the main board is faulty.Biseds many specipic screws are missing...

    Item was listed for parts and sold as is. The listing specifically stated that the machine may be missing parts. Customer sort to return an item they unassembled and possibly removed parts to fix their broken machine. They issued an unfair negative feedback but we'll rather accept that than accept unethical business practice from them.
