At first thought there was a bad front panel usb header offering only one out of the two working ports so I indicated that in my feedback thinking the seller didn't completely check the motherboard before shipping. Further testing then indicated that there might be a bug in Windows 11. Anyhow there is no negligence on the seller's part. I think he is a terrific ebayer/seller and would highly recommend him.
