The seller takes forever to communicate once you initiate conversation. The seller sent me the tracking information for the shipment one month after the order. I received the item and learn that it's completely different from the one that's advertised as it's an entirely different SKU. I've had to contact eBay corporate about this but in no way is the seller released from his or her contract to deliver the correct item as per applicable US and EU code.
