Either the seller is a scammer or his distributor is a scammer. I ordered a 4w solar panel for a camera and got only a the base that you attach the solar panel to. I googled the distributor for this seller Alejandro Ruiz, 1560 Glenn Curtiss St., Carson, CA 90746 it is indicated that this distributor is a MAJOR SCAM. Unless this seller makes it correct on my account I will start legal proceedings against him and the distributor in California. I will start with the state(s) attorney general .
