My laptop came to me on time and in what looks like brand new condition, I mean not a scratch on it, not even a spec of dust. The laptop was packaged extremely well and I mean it had the best packaging available for safe delivery. The battery was fully charged and windows was ready to go. The quality of the laptop was well worth the money, I mean in truth I think this was worth a bit more than the seller was charging. TYVM! =)

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
