Very light scratches on the screen, but in a corner and does not affect viewing of typing. Neo 2, as a piece of hardware, is a great tool. I've been using it for writing, and also for the onboard applet to practice my typing speed. Although that is why I bought it, and the seller did offer to take it back, I kept it with plans to do something with it in the near future. It is in excellent shape, has few blemishes, good quality and the price was right. The seller was very helpful and responded very quickly. I would buy from them again.
