The item description is wrong. The seller kept looking for reasons to say it was not their fault and has been too slow in responding. After 6 days of sending photos and answering their questions for a $20 item - they win. I give up. Also, when I looked at raising a return, the return label is partially in Chinese which can't be used here with Australia Post. Most disappointing.
