Clearly in the item description it states that the parts, if necessary, will be reinforced or repaired to prevent further damage. These parts are nearing 18years old and will need repairs or reinforcement. Any of the reinforcements are not visible on the display side. You also can always purchase these for 3x the cost at the dealer if they are not discontinued .
