    After 7 weeks of using alternator customer reported unit faulty, we ask him to post unit back and we will supply replacement free of charge or refund.HE WAS NOT INTERESTED TO CLAIM WARRANTY, OLNY WHAT HE WANTS IS MONEY BACK .DOES ANYBODY ASK FOR MONEY BACK WITHOUT RETURNIG THE PRODUCT? Yes it is 12 month warranty If you leave positive feedback within 7 days your warranty will automatically extend to 24 months BUT YOU HAVE TO RETURN UNIT TO WARRANTY WORKS , WHY IS SO DIFICULT TO UNDERSTAND?
