- 4***3 (326)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseReceived these after almost a month and the wrong colour was sent! I ordered white and they sent blue! Upon contacting them they said for me to send them back and they’ll coat the pens white! How ridiculous!!! Absolutely unimpressed with their genius way to solve this issue for me!Reply from: evermoregifts.favours- Feedback replied by seller evermoregifts.favours.- Feedback replied by seller evermoregifts.favours.the customer recieved the wrong color for their pens, it was no issue getting it fixed for them since all metals are coated with the colors as thats how metals get there colors getting them back and changing the color is the only way to get them from blue to white. after conversation the customer didnt want to have the blue ones returned but to keep the ones they didnt want and have new ones sent. unsure why they would want to keep ones they hate?
