WHEN THE DOCKING CABLE ARRIVED IT WAS DOA. I IMMEDIATELY TOLD NY-TOP-TEC THE PROBLEM AND THAT I WANTED TO BUY ANOTHER, FOR THE SAME PRICE AND HAVE IT SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY. SEVERAL MESSAGES WERE EXCHANGED OVER 3 DAYS BUT WITH A BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATION. SO I OFFERED THE ORIGINAL PRICE I PAID AND IT WASN'T ACCEPTED. SO I PURCHASED THE SAME CABLE FROM A DIFFERENT SELLER AND GOT THE NEW CABLE SHIPPED. THEN I OPENED A RETURN AND THEN NY-TOP-TEC FINALLY REFUNDED MY PURCHASE.
