- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseHas a small learning curve. First couple of times I did not have the combo right. Now I pierce both ends of the egg before steaming eggs. 15 minutes of steaming, park them in cool water about 20 minutes. Bump big end on counter, and use nub on small to make 2-3 holes in shell. Lets air in to push egg out. Just a little bit of shell on big end. Works 35 out of 36 times. Some eggs just have to be difficult. I'm pleased with Eggstracter and use it a lot. Eating more hard eggs now.
