Apparently, my colleague from the UK is unaware of the customs problems in England after Brexit, which mean that various shipments are not arriving or are delayed! The DHL shipment number is only valid up to the German border; from the UK onwards, another company takes over and the number is no longer valid. I'm tired of explaining the world to people!
