    Item was listed as an 11D - the size I have worn for years in Allen Edmonds shoes (have owned 5 pairs) - and therefore did not feel need to try on immediately upon receiving. However, after returning from vacation, tried on shoes, and realized they are not 11D but 11 EEE. Contacted seller, exactly 30 days after receiving shoes to let them know about mistake only to be told it had been over 30 days and nothing could be done. Feel this is a bit unfair given that seller's listing was inaccurate.
