Ordered another hardware kit from another vendor to resolve this issue. This was an guaranteed to fit by Ebay purchase and yet I get nothing from seller on this. The first picture was right with a double coil spring and the third picture was wrong single coil with long are. I got the single coil with long arm instead of double coil spring.
