Was to have 1TB hard drive and 256G SS drive.There is no 1 TB hard drive in the computer. None! No documentation, no info on rescue partition or return communication to my 3 messages in 8 days. I guess customer support is non-existent. Will be contacting Ebay to try and resolve the issue since I have had no reply. High Volumn seller with no quality control and could care less about taking care of their customers.Follow-up from: y***t- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.After several messages and negative feedback we came to an agreement for them to send a 1TB hard drive and call it even. They sent me a drive. However, like the Dell computer warranty itself, it was a discontinued Western Digital model and was long out of warranty. Comp was really needed because I can't afford to build a new one yet. I guess I shouldn't complain. I can expand on this platform.
