Not sure what that indicates. Item appears in new condition. Packaging was woeful! A single sheet of A4 paper is supposed to protect this fragile piece of kit from a 4 foot drop onto a hard floor after going through letterbox!!!? Luckily it landed on a foot mat instead of the floor. A small bit of bubble wrap would cost what a couple of pence!? Please improve for others.
