Product did not arrive during the given shipping window and had to contact seller to find out what was going on with the shipping as there was no update given at all. After I was told that it would be a few more days until it was even going to ship out, I requested that the full shipping amount of $18.95 be refunded as the final delivery date was 3 weeks from purchase. The sellers final response to my request was to wait until the package was delivered. No refund on shipping
