This customer firstly admitted to ordering the incorrect item and then opened a return request saying that we sent the wrong item. While communicating with the customer they ordered another set with express shipping without confirming the item will fit their vehicle, which we processed and delivered on time. Then over the 2 weeks of Christmas break they realised that the item does not fit. I have since contacted them after returning, saying we will help and send the correct set at no extra cost
