      This is a terrible company to deal with. I made a purchase on 04 Nov, after around a week & no sign of my order I contacted Rimi, who said if I could wait until Wednesday. that date came & went, with no sign of my order. I asked Rami for a refund and he ignored my request, just fobbed me off with Wednesday again. On one occasion for whatever reason he sent an email directly to me bypassing eBay messaging system. 14 days later I received my order. But only after paying an additional £1:50 to RM

      Hi Stephen Every business drops a ball every now and then. Please accept our apologies. £1:50 was just refunded. Email wise I have no idea what message you are referring to ebay doesn't publish buyers email addresses so we have no other means of contact except ebay and phone number provided for shipping.
