    The SOS medical alert bracelet is very nice. It is light weight and you'd hardly know you were wearing it. The length is as described. I would have one fault with it and that is the little bar to hold the medical information didn't fit. It is very loose and not wide enough to keep the paper tight in place. That would be the reason for 4 stars and not 5.
