    Part arrived in 4 days via USPS. It was easy to install after I cut the tabs on the cover over the motor. Removed 1 screw to remove the motor and pulled the connector off and installed it on the new motor and installed the new motor. Put cover on bottom of microwave. Plugged in and the Sharp Microwave running fine. Perfect fit.
