We sold brand new product with full manufacturer warranty and have tested before it left our facility to make sure it is good. Our policy is "no return". Customer tried to return the product as not functioning (maybe his old battery?) and got upset that we didn't accept the return. How fair it that? Beware of that type of buyers. We've learned our lesson.
