Dip the onion slices into the flour mixture until they are all coated; set aside. Whisk the egg and milk into the flour mixture using a fork. Dip the floured rings into the batter to coat, then place on a wire rack to drain until the batter stops dripping. fry golden 2-3 mins

They were packaged in a clear plastic bag sealed with clear packing tape, so it was hard to open the package without spilling O-rings all over the place. I only needed 4 O-rings, so I've got 96 spares. They are just what I wanted.
