- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseHair has been sent damaged by packaging (birch metallic cord wound too tight) the first response was they use SILK to tie them up🙄, the next response was to heat up with a straightener(that instantly damages keratin bonds) and the ash blonde colour they have made it hasn't grabbed well at all, looks like tiger striped and cannot be dyed so can't be corrected. Then told me to buy elsewhere and don't use the hair if you dont like it. I have been installing hair extensions for 15 years.
