Received package without the blocking plates. It appeared they were once in the box but fell out of it during shipment. I contacted the seller hoping they could just file a claim with USPS and ship me the plates. Instead I was told “they were put in the box but if you insist they weren’t then issue a refund.” Then completely stopped communicating. Not the sellers fault that they fell out during shipping but the bad customer service is.
