    Keep in mind that neutral or negative feedback cannot be left until after 5 days of the purchase. Seller shipped within the specified window, though communication was poor, I had to reach out to confirm shipment after the stated shipping window had passed and no confirmation was made. The item arrived and appeared to be new. The blood pressure function was not operational. It appears that the pump is not pumping air into the cuff. Wasted time, should have gone with better quality option to begin
