      The graphics chip died in 2011 MacBook Pro. Would have cost $600 to replace the logic board with the same defective chip. I couldn’t see throwing the Mac away so I’ve had it sitting for 4 years. For $200 Newkcomputer performed a miracle replacing the chip with an upgraded graphics chip and sending the Mac back in one week including shipping each way. When it arrived, I installed the SSD drive previously in it and it booted right up. Amazing fast and efficient technical service. Thanks much.
