The product was just as expected. It was a glass retort. The glass was clean and wasn't scratched. I was surprised to see that the cap was attached to the retort with an elastic, but my biggest complaint was how the item was packaged. You'd expect such an item to be surrounded by bubble wrap within a cardboard box. Half of that statement is applicable as it was indeed surrounded by bubble wrap, but within a styrofoam box, which was entirely covered with yellow tape. Pretty hard to unbox.
