I ordered a set of recovery discs for a client's Toshiba Satellite C55t-A5123 laptop that he took to a "computer savvy" friend. He thought by formatting the hard disk drive it would restore the computer to factory settings. Amazon sells "restore USB drives" but offered no drivers for this touchscreen model. So this is where RestoreCD4u came to save the day. Although the USPS lost the initial set of discs, RestoreCD4u sent another set and I was able return a fixed laptop back to the client. A+++
