The instruction manual suggested cleaning the filters every six months, which admittedly I haven't done. Opened up the machine, and WOW, no wonder the machine wasn't picking up. Was that HEPA filter supposed to be BLACK??? With nothing else to lose, I ordered these filters. I replaced both filters, turned the machine on, and almost got sucked in through the hose. Good job!
