    The communication with the seller is fantastic . I was very uneasy making a big purchase like this online but the prices I was quoted locally to get this ladder was ridiculous. The product itself we have not put together yet as we are not up to that stage yet but it looks good and item is as described. Be prepared for ship delays as this took three months to arrive from Austria to Australia . Shipment charges are extra and then duty and taxes extra .Thanks you Charlie
