    The only thing would be giving a heads up on needing to replace the air filter, the one installed was saturated with oil to the point the carburetor could not get any air. I had to remove the filter to get the engine to start and it chocked out immediately when I tried to reinstall but after replacing it engine starts on first pull.

    Description was "new, open box" but there were some small signs of wear and it was not shipped in what I would consider a "factory" box, but I could be mistaken. The shaft was pristine and showed no signs of wear, so guessing it was not operated under resistance. Fast shipping. Good transaction.
