When I finally got them unpacked (not the best packing) to put in the NAS, neither drive worked but spun up. Tested on a tech station setup and again failed. I can't believe the vendor would send faulty parts and figured it was a shipping related problem and requested a return. Vendor refused because I was passed the 30 day return window. and wouldn't make a shipping claim.
