Color was the reason I purchased this particular remote. Also, one of the two remotes appeared to be returned from another customer after being opened and possibly used. These remotes were advertised as new, unopened, in box. After notifying the seller about the issues, they have removed the incorrect ad due to the silver remote not being available currently. All is well.
