The bump head, like every bump head I have ever had, failed after the 2nd tap. The 2nd I removed it to equal the sides out, it turned into a bag of spaghetti. After 20 minutes of trying to straighten it out and reinstall it, I threw the whole thing in the trash, installed my straight shaft with a head that accepts single pieces of line, and finished my yard.
