We ship all these signs in EXPENSIVE specially designed, stayflat cardboard mailers. They cost $1/piece. We tightly wrap each sign in bubble wrap before it goes in stayflat to create a thick, tight padded air pocket. With warning stickers. We rarely have problems. This sign, designed to look rusted anyway; showed up to this buyer with a tiny little crease in it due to USPS negligence. They acting like a child and lying; We paid for return and GAVE FULL REFUND!

Just wish the delivery was a little better though. They delivered it across the street from my parents. I ended up texting my dad asking if he ever got it and he said no. He ended up looking across the street and saw a package. He said he walked over there and saw it was labeled with his name on it.
